Upload your CSV or TXT file containing email addresses. We run three verification levels: syntax (valid format), DNS/MX (the domain has a mail server) and SMTP (the server accepts emails for that address). A quality score 0-100 is assigned to your list.

For a list of 10,000 emails, expect 3 to 5 minutes. For 100,000 emails, between 20 and 40 minutes. Progress is shown in real time on the processing page.

Every address goes through four checks: syntax, MX (the domain has a mail server), SMTP (the server accepts the address) and disposable-domain detection. We aim for around 97% accuracy, but we never guess: when a server is a catch-all or does not answer SMTP cleanly, the address is marked "risky" rather than forced into valid or invalid, so the result you act on is honest.

No, there is no size limit. For very large files (>500,000 emails), processing goes through our async queue infrastructure that supports several million emails.

A "valid" email is syntactically correct, its domain has an active MX and the SMTP server accepts it. "Risky" means the domain is valid but SMTP verification is uncertain (server not responding, catch-all, etc.). "Invalid" covers typos, non-existent domains, or disposable addresses.

A disposable email is created via temporary services like Guerrilla Mail, Mailinator, etc. These addresses are often used to bypass registrations and generate zero engagement. We detect them and classify them as "invalid".

The score is calculated out of 100. 90-100 = Excellent (very clean list), 70-89 = Good (a few issues), 50-69 = Average (cleaning recommended), 0-49 = Poor (high risk of IP blocking).

Yes. The first 50 valid emails are available for free download. You can verify the quality of the cleaning before paying for the complete list.

€1 per 1,000 emails (minimum €1). Prepaid packs with decreasing rates are available, plus a monthly subscription at €29/month for 100,000 emails/month.

If less than 5% of your emails are removed (your list is already clean), we automatically refund 50% of the amount paid. The refund is processed by Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.

No, prepaid credits are valid without time limit.

Your files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 24 hours after processing ends. This deletion is automated via a daily GDPR-compliant cron job.

No. Your data is used exclusively to perform the requested cleaning. We do not store them long-term, do not commercially analyze them, and do not share them with any third party.
